These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sessionscycle.com, the Sessions Cycle mobile app experience, our pages, forms, bookings, purchases, memberships, communications, studio services, and related offerings. By using the website, creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a class pack or membership, visiting the studio, or participating in a class, you agree to these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Health and Safety Disclaimer, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
"Sessions Cycle", "Sessions", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sessions Cycle. "Rider", "client", "member", "visitor", "you", and "your" refer to the person accessing our services, purchasing products, visiting the studio, or participating in activities.
Website, Account, and Digital Services
Our website and digital tools provide information about Sessions Cycle, schedules, instructors, memberships, promotions, forms, policies, and related services. They may also allow you to create an account, reserve or cancel classes, purchase products or services, complete forms, sign documents, and communicate with us.
Information on the website, app, and Ask Sessy is provided for general informational purposes. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will be complete, error-free, available, or current at all times. Your use of the website and reliance on any information is at your own discretion.
Third-Party Platforms
Class booking, account management, payment processing, forms, messaging, maps, analytics, spam protection, and related features may be powered by third-party platforms. When you use those features, the terms and privacy policies of those providers may also apply. Sessions Cycle does not control every external system and is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, availability, pricing display issues, or third-party actions outside our control.
Health, Safety, and Voluntary Participation
Sessions Cycle classes may include physical exercise, indoor cycling, resistance, rhythm riding, music, lighting changes, body heat in the studio, and movement at varying levels of intensity. Participation involves inherent risks, including injury, dizziness, fatigue, dehydration, aggravation of medical conditions, loss of balance, falls, property damage, illness, or, in rare cases, death.
By participating, you confirm that you do so voluntarily, that you are responsible for evaluating your health, fitness level, and ability to participate, and that you will consult a physician before participating if you have or have had a medical condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, heart condition, breathing condition, neurological condition, orthopedic condition, fainting, dizziness, pain, sensitivity to lights or sound, or any concern about your ability to participate safely.
You should stop, reduce intensity, or ask for help if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, weakness, nausea, or other discomfort. You agree to follow staff instructions and use equipment responsibly. Please also review our Health and Safety Disclaimer.
Release, Waiver, and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to assume the risks associated with classes, events, facilities, equipment, services, common areas, restrooms, changing areas, showers, parking areas, promotions, and any activity connected with Sessions Cycle.
You agree to release and hold harmless Sessions Cycle, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities arising from your participation, facility use, equipment use, purchases, bookings, or studio visits, including claims involving personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or property damage, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You also agree to indemnify and defend Sessions Cycle against claims, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of the website or services, property damage, violation of policies, or participation by you or any guest you bring. You may also be required to complete or accept our Liability and Media Release Waiver.
Age, Guests, and Required Forms
Sessions recommends that riders be at least 12 years old and at least 4'11" tall. Riders under 18 may require a parent or legal guardian signature and must satisfy studio requirements. All riders must complete required forms, waivers, releases, and consents before participating.
If you bring a guest, that guest must be registered, complete required forms, and comply with these policies before participating. Please tell the front desk so the guest can be properly registered.
Studio Conditions
Classes may include loud music, explicit lyrics, low or changing lighting, visual effects, rhythm instruction, resistance work, light weights, and changing room temperatures. If you are sensitive to sound, lighting, cardiovascular exercise, heat, intense movement, or any studio condition, consult a medical professional before participating and notify staff before class.
Please arrive early enough to check in, set up your bike, and receive assistance if you are new. For safety and the quality of the group experience, Sessions may deny late entry, release unused spots, or ask a rider to modify or stop participation.
Reservations, Check-In, Cancellations, and Waitlists
To reserve a class, you must have a valid single class, package, promotion, or active membership. Reservations may be made through our website, app, client account, phone, or front desk, depending on availability.
You are responsible for managing your reservations, waitlists, cancellations, purchases, and schedule. You must check in when you arrive. If you are not checked in on time, your spot may be released to another rider or waitlisted client.
Cancellation windows, late-cancel fees, no-show fees, credit returns, waitlist rules, late-arrival rules, and related reservation policies may vary by product, promotion, membership, or platform. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the terms shown at purchase or booking.
Purchases, Memberships, and Card-on-File Authorization
When you purchase classes, packs, memberships, retail items, events, or other services, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, fees, and authorized amounts. Prices, benefits, availability, promotions, and schedules may change.
If you store a payment card in your account or purchase a recurring membership, you authorize charges to that card according to the terms displayed at purchase, including renewals, recurring membership fees, late-cancel fees, no-show fees, products purchased, unpaid balances, and other authorized charges. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Memberships may have notice requirements, minimum terms, cancellation rules, freeze rules, expiration terms, transfer restrictions, or renewal terms. Review your membership details and applicable policy before purchasing.
Refunds, Expiration, and Promotions
Unless expressly stated in writing or required by law, purchases of classes, class packs, memberships, promotions, events, and gift cards are non-refundable. Credits, promotions, and packages may have expiration dates, restrictions, usage limits, and transfer rules. Sessions may correct pricing or availability errors.
Personal Property
You bring personal property to the studio at your own risk. Sessions Cycle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including items left in lockers, restrooms, showers, changing areas, common areas, bikes, parking areas, or anywhere else at the studio.
Media, Recording, and Likeness
We may capture photos or videos at the studio, events, or activities for promotional, educational, social media, advertising, or internal purposes. By participating, and unless you tell us otherwise in writing where practical, you consent to your image, voice, or likeness appearing in Sessions Cycle content without additional compensation. Please see our Liability and Media Release Waiver for more information.
You may not record, stream, publish, or distribute classes, instructors, riders, music, choreography, studio content, or Sessions Cycle materials without prior written consent from Sessions Cycle. Instructors are not authorized to grant recording permission on behalf of the studio.
Intellectual Property
The Sessions Cycle name, marks, logos, photography, videos, designs, text, graphics, layouts, code, class content, materials, and other website or studio elements are owned by Sessions Cycle or its licensors. You may view and use the site for personal booking and informational purposes, but you may not copy, reuse, modify, sell, exploit, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Communications, SMS, and Email
By providing contact information or opting into messages, you agree to receive communications related to your account, bookings, purchases, forms, customer service, safety, promotions, and studio updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Ask Sessy, contact forms, email signup forms, site analytics, cookies, and similar tools may collect data to answer questions, improve the website, operate the private dashboard, and provide customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sessions Cycle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-loss, revenue-loss, interruption, website-error, third-party, injury, illness, property-loss, or property-damage claims arising from your use of the website, services, facilities, classes, or information provided, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
