Sessions Cycle ("Sessions Cycle", "Sessions", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit sessionscycle.com, use Ask Sessy, book classes, purchase memberships, create an account, submit forms, or interact with our studio.
This page also serves as our California Notice at Collection and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information disclosure. It should also be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
Information We Collect
- Identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, account credentials, and similar information you provide.
- Booking, purchase, and account information, such as classes booked, memberships, class packs, purchase history, class preferences, and studio communications.
- Payment information processed by secure providers connected to our booking and payment platform. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our website.
- Forms, messages, releases, waivers, requests, and other information you submit to us.
- Photos, videos, or content you provide or authorize for studio use, including media release information.
- Device, analytics, and cookie data, such as IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, dates, times, and site performance data.
- Anonymous Ask Sessy and site search interaction data, such as questions asked, matched answers, clicked links, page URL, language, device type, timestamp, user agent, and hashed IP.
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the site, from analytics tools, from service providers that help with booking, accounts, payments, forms, communications, and studio operations, and from social platforms when you interact with our pages.
Booking Platform, Accounts, Memberships, and Payments
We use Mariana Tek/Xplor and its integrations to operate booking, account, membership, purchase, check-in, and payment functionality. When you book a class, purchase a membership or class pack, create an account, log in, or manage your profile, you may provide information directly to Mariana Tek/Xplor and its connected payment providers. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies and agreements.
Sessions Cycle may receive or access Mariana Tek/Xplor-related information to administer classes, memberships, accounts, customer support, communications, studio operations, internal reporting, security, and compliance. You should not share your account credentials. You are responsible for keeping login information private and signing out when using a shared device.
How We Use Information
- Provide and administer classes, bookings, memberships, accounts, purchases, and studio services.
- Respond to questions, messages, support requests, and service communications.
- Process forms, waivers, releases, and consent records.
- Send updates, promotional messages, or communications where permitted by law or consent.
- Operate, measure, personalize, secure, and improve our website, Ask Sessy, content, services, and customer experience.

Ask Sessy and Site Search
Ask Sessy is designed to answer questions using Sessions Cycle site content. To improve its answers and understand what visitors are trying to find, we may log anonymous interactions, including the question asked, matched answer, clicked links, page URL, language, device type, timestamp, user agent, and hashed IP. You should not enter sensitive personal information into Ask Sessy.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, understand site usage, and improve marketing and content.
