Yes!
– All riders must sign a waiver before being permitted into the studio.
– Riders must be checked in prior to class start, on the app or at the front desk.
– We reserve the right to release any unclaimed bikes, 4 minutes before class time. If you are running late to class, please give the studio a call.
– No rider will be permitted into a class after the 10 minute mark for safety reasons.
– If a guest needs to leave class ahead of time, we ask that you let the instructor  know.
– NO PHONES IN THE STUDIO. Leave it in your locker, if you are waiting on an important phone call or message, you can leave it with out front desk staff.
– Smart Watches are great and we love measuring and logging our work outs, but please wear your watch on theater mode so it doesn’t disturb your neighbor.
– THE STUDIO IS LOUD, so please limit your talking as trying to shout is disruptive.
– YOU CAN SIT WITH US. We believe everyone has a place in our studio, if you prefer to ride to your own beat, we politely ask you do so from the back to be a good neighbor to those in class who are trying to follow the instructor.
– Be a good neighbor, and wear deodorant.
